Ghana is set to take on Niger in the final match of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualifiers at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, November 18.
This fixture follows the recent approval of the Accra Sports Stadium, which hosted the Black Stars’ previous qualifier against Sudan in October. Coach Otto Addo’s team will be aiming to clinch a spot in next year’s AFCON tournament in Morocco.
Currently, Ghana sits third in Group F with two points from four games, behind group leaders Angola, who have accumulated 12 points, and Sudan in second place with seven points. Following the results against Sudan in October, the Black Stars need to win both upcoming November games and hope Sudan drops points in order to keep their qualification hopes alive for the tournament in Morocco.
