The mind is a powerful tool to begin transformation he stated however anything good or bad to happen because it begins with our mindset. “let’s have the mindset of possibilities” he stated. He moved from mindset to attitude which is another thing which makes transformation possible. We need to watch our attitude to be able to be transformed in our society. “A bad attitude is like a flat tire, until you change it, you’re not going anywhere”, he stated. His story portrayed that in the most difficult times, one must create a purpose for life and to create value for one’s self one must know who they are, self-awareness. He taught transformation in a spiritual way urging everyone in the auditorium to turn to GOD, during the time of wandering about your purpose. Discover what you have by having a product or service and after the discovery be visible. After discovery be consistent with the purpose found. She facilitated on how to build personality which is consistency, visibility, credibility. In this competitive world it is relevant to build a brand for one’s self based on dressing, speaking and presence outside. Building on skills is also a part of personal branding beyond the grades.
In building a personal branding one has to audit their personality, making use of social media and building a niche visibility for ones self. When building a personal brand do not be fake and be content with what you have, she stated. After building a personal brand, own it and own yourself and attend educational seminars to learn more to help improve that built brand. She ended by encouraging everyone at the seminar to start building their personal brand today and above all be you, and one’s personality is one’s business card.
