Finding confidence in ourselves matters at every point, from what we tell ourselves to what we wear. Yes, our appearance is the number one booster of our confidence. So if you’ve ever found yourself feeling you’re not looking right, then you’re definitely not looking right.

I call this journey, THE RELIEF FROM THAT INVISIBLE BURDEN.
Like it or not, there is a burden on us to appear right, a burden we don’t talk about as much and even scared to do. Because why not??? We’re always told to feel confident in our skin but deep down you know something is just not right. In the next few days, we’re dealing with that invisible burden and we’re feeling genuinely right and confident in our skin. I call it a journey because we are giving ourselves 7 days, yes, a week, to glow up. As we embark on this empowering 7-day journey over the next 7 days, we’re going to explore the art of embracing who we are, understanding our unique traits, and using that knowledge to build unshakable confidence in our own skin.

Let me start by saying this: Confidence isn’t about perfection. It’s not about fitting into societal standards or looking like someone else. Confidence is about embracing your individuality, knowing your worth, and feeling comfortable in your skin. When you truly understand and love yourself—your body type, your face shape, your personality—you unlock a level of self-assurance that no external validation can provide.

In these seven days, we’ll dive into topics that will help us achieve just that. Each day is designed to guide you through an aspect of self-discovery and self-expression:

  1. Day 1: Embracing Your Unique Self
    We’ll begin with the foundation of confidence—self-acceptance. We’ll learn what it means to dress “your type”. I’ll help you see the beauty in your individuality and show you how to shift your mindset to celebrate your strengths rather than focusing on perceived flaws.
  2. Day 2: Understanding Your Body Type
    Knowing your body type is a game-changer. We’ll explore different body shapes and how understanding yours can help you dress in a way that enhances your natural beauty.
  3. Day 3: Discovering Your Face Shape
    Your face shape influences everything from hairstyles to accessories. On this day, we’ll discuss how identifying your face shape can help you highlight your best features.
  4. Day 4: Dressing for Your Shape
    Fashion is a powerful tool for self-expression, and I’ll show you how to dress in ways that complement your body type while reflecting your personal style.
  5. Day 5: Accessorizing to Elevate Your Look
    Accessories can make all the difference. We’ll explore how to choose pieces that tie your outfits together and enhance your overall appearance.
  6. Day 6: The Power of Colors
    Colors have a profound impact on our mood and how others perceive us. We’ll dive into understanding which colors work best for you and how to use them to your advantage.
  7. Day 7: Confidence in Your Skin and the big REVEAL.
    Finally, we’ll bring it all together. By the end of this journey, my goal is for you to feel more confident, empowered, and radiant, We’ll practice what we’ve learnt, with a changed wardrobe we’re wearing our new look to our individual destinations.
