Mahama to Lead Governance Forum Today

Former President and National Democratic Congress (NDC) Presidential Candidate John Dramani Mahama is set to host a Governance Forum today, October 31, starting at 6:00 PM.

The event, taking place on the #MahamaConversations platform, is themed “Resetting Ghana for Good Governance and Accountability.”

Mahama believes Ghana’s governance is at a critical juncture, marked by deep-rooted injustices and an economy that is causing significant hardship for many citizens. He aims to tackle these pressing issues during the forum and share his vision for a better future for the nation.

The NDC leader plans to present initiatives designed to enhance government accountability, including the establishment of a Governance Advisory Council. He asserts that this council will be instrumental in improving political governance, combating corruption, and upholding human rights.

The Governance Forum will be accessible to a broad audience, as it will be broadcast live on television, radio, and various online platforms, including all of John Mahama’s social media channels. This approach aims to encourage public participation and engagement in the crucial discussions surrounding governance in Ghana.
