Clifton Homes, a prominent local property developer, has joined forces with the German Development Agency (GIZ Ghana) and the Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Service to support the Female Talent in Construction Programme.
This initiative aims to promote and empower women in the construction sector by offering internships to promising students. The GIZ-backed program is set to benefit a total of 150 students, with a commitment to ensuring that at least 50% of participants are female.
As part of the collaboration, Clifton Homes will provide six to twelve students each year with the opportunity to complete a three-month internship within the company. This hands-on experience will allow students to gain valuable commercial skills and insights into the industry.

Interns have actively participated in various projects at Clifton Homes, including the prestigious Loxwood House, their latest luxury residential development. Loxwood House recently won the 2024 Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Apartment Development and overlooks the Tetteh-Quarshie interchange. The development opened its doors to residents several months ahead of schedule, showcasing Clifton Homes’ strong track record in project delivery.
