The police have arrested Nana Amo Abraham for allegedly assaulting his 20-year-old daughter in Twifo Praso, Central Region.
Investigations reveal that the suspect physically assaulted his daughter during a disagreement, causing her bodily harm.
According to a police statement, Abraham is currently in custody and is assisting with the investigation; he is expected to appear in court soon.
In the meantime, the police have arranged for the victim to receive treatment at the Police Hospital in Accra.
