Like it or not, there is a burden on us to appear right, a burden we don’t talk about as much and even scared to do. Because why not??? We’re always told to feel confident in our skin but deep down you know something is just not right. In the next few days, we’re dealing with that invisible burden and we’re feeling genuinely right and confident in our skin. I call it a journey because we are giving ourselves 7 days, yes, a week, to glow up. As we embark on this empowering 7-day journey over the next 7 days, we\u2019re going to explore the art of embracing who we are, understanding our unique traits, and using that knowledge to build unshakable confidence in our own skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confidence is about embracing your individuality, knowing your worth, and feeling comfortable in your skin.
